How to Reserve a Space

For registered student organizations (RSOs) please follow the instructions and use the forms provided. 

For individuals wishing to reserve spaces on campus, please contact the Events & Conference Services Office

Space must be reserved in advance, and a confirmation for that space received, for RSO events to occur

How do registered student organizations (RSOs) reserve space on campus?

Confirmation emails are sent from OSE Interns when reservations are approved. Tabling, meetings, or events may not occur without confirmation. 

Are there time limitations for events on campus?

  • All indoor events must end by 1 a.m. on Friday & Saturday.
  • All indoor events must end by midnight on Sunday - Thursday.
  • Exceptions may be made on an event-by-event basis, in consultation with the OSE staff.
  • All outdoor events must end by 10 p.m. (in accordance with Baltimore County noise ordinance).

  • The Room Scheduling Guide, provided by Events, Conferences & Summer Programs, is a helpful tool to find a campus space that's appropriate for your needs. Please don't forget to include details on setups and AV needs in your requests!
