Advertising

Advertising is ESSENTIAL for a successful event. You know how to do this...make flyers, tell your friends, post it on social media ...but here are the other ways we can help!

OSE can help with RSO event advertising by...

  • Assist with having advertisements added to the digital signs across campus. Send the advertisement to Director of OSE a minimum of two (2) weeks in advance of the event (and once it's approved).
  • OSE interns can help give you suggestions about effective ways of advertising.  Feel free to stop by OSE to schedule a time to meet with an intern.

When advertising an RSO event on campus, please...

  • Please review the RSO Advertising Policy. If you have any questions, please talk with an OSE staff member.
