Wellness Wednesdays are weekly events during common hour at 1:30pm tailored for all areas of wellness to help you improve your overall health. No need to sign up. Just show up. Be present. Be yourself.


The Happiness Hunt 2020 is a positive psychology based scavenger hunt on the 12 practices of happy people. In “The How of Happiness,” Dr. Sonja Lyubomirsky outlines how people can improve their mood by up to 40% by engaging in practices that foster greater happiness. The Happiness Hunt is designed to help students actively hunt out and create their happiness!

JED Campus is a signature program of The Jed Foundation (JED) designed to guide schools through a collaborative process of comprehensive systems, program and policy development with customized support to build upon existing student mental health, substance use and suicide prevention efforts. Fresh Check Day

Fresh Check Day is an uplifting mental health promotion and suicide prevention event that includes interactive expo booths, peer-to-peer messaging, support of multiple campus departments and groups, free food, entertainment, and exciting prizes and giveaways. The event aims to create an approachable and hopeful atmosphere where students are encouraged to engage in dialogue about mental health and helps to build a bridge between students and the mental health resources available on campus, in the community, and nationally.
