The Silber Art Gallery will feature Terra Pellis, a group exhibition on geological time in relation to climate change.

The Roselie Sturtevant Bond ’40 Art Window showcases Christopher Lin: Earth Bound, an interdisciplinary art and science living installation with suspended plants and moving images. The window is in the Athenaeum, facing Mary Fisher, and is available for viewing at any time from the Van Meter Highway.

The Rosenberg Gallery of the Dorsey College Center will feature Rebecca Mariumutu: Portraits (Contact), a selection of recent photographic collages.

Golnar Adili, the ’23-’24 Sweren Wogan Institute Visiting Book Artist, will host a workshop and an artist talk followed by a Q&A. Between the workshop and the artist talk will be the Applestein-Sweren Book Collecting Awards Ceremony, where prizes are awarded to Goucher students who present thoughtfully constructed personal collections of books and related ephemera. 

 

Annual Torrey Dinner

The Department of Computer and Data Science is hosting the annual Torrey Dinner. The Torrey Dinner is an opportunity to recognize student achievements, reconnect with alumnae/i, and share the evening with friends of the department. All are welcome to attend. Graduates of the Computer Science, Data Science, Integrative Data Analytics, and Mathematics programs are especially invited to attend. This year's speaker is Dr. Phong Le '03. Goucher College Repertory Dance Ensemble

Friday April 19 & Saturday April 20 | 7:30 p.m. | Kraushaar Auditorium

Join the Goucher Repertory Dance Ensemble in performances featuring new, original works by Goucher faculty and guest artists. All performances are open to the public. Tickets may be purchased at the door. $15 general admission, $5 Goucher Onecard holders, students, and senior citizens.
