AP Summer Institute

Join your colleagues for Goucher's 2023 AP Summer Institute where you can earn graduate credit, or complete courses for non-credit, while gaining College Board-certified preparation in most subject areas offered in secondary AP programs. With over 20 years of experience providing AP® educators with high-quality courses and valuable networking opportunities, Goucher College is delighted to invite you to register for our 2023 Advanced Placement Summer Institute (APSI).

 

All levels of experience welcome

Whether you are a new, recent (less than three years), or experienced (three or more years) AP teacher, we'll be able to help. You self-select into which group you fit best - and get the most out of courses tailored to your level and needs.

*Registration for AP Capstone courses must be done through the College Board; contact the principal and/or the AP Capstone designee at your school to learn more.

If you are currently an AP Capstone school or are interested in the Virtual AP Capstone Summer Institute, Goucher hopes that you will join us during our 2023 APSI. As only schools approved by the College Board are eligible to register for AP Capstone training, a registration link is not provided on our website. Registration links are emailed directly to approved schools. Contact your principal and/or the College Board to find out how you can get involved.

College Board Scholarships Available

Looking for finanical assistance? Information about the College Board's 2023 APSI scholarship applications and recommendation forms can be found on the College Board APSI Scholarships page.

All applications for AP Fellows, AP Rural Fellows, and AP Capstone Fee Waivers are due by February 14, 2023. Recommendation forms for AP Fellows and AP Rural Fellows Scholarships are due by February 17, 2023.
