The following scholarships and awards are available to traditional transfer students. A.A.S and A.T.S. degree holders can find scholarship information within the Bachelor of Professional Studies. Please note that we use a recalculated cumulative GPA for merit scholarship amounts.
All transfer students with a complete application will be considered for merit scholarships of up to $25,000 per year depending on recalculated cumulative GPA.

*Once matriculated, students must maintain a Goucher cumulative GPA of a 2.00 to maintain the scholarship each year
Associates Degree Award
Transfer students from any community college (in or out of state) whom have completed an Associate Degree of Arts or Associate Degree of Sciences are eligible to receive an award of $2,500.
*In order to receive the award, students must submit their final transcript that indicates the date the degree was conferred.
Phi Theta Kappa Award
Phi Theta Kappa transfer students from any community college (in or out of state) are eligible to receive an award of $2,000.
Transfer students who are a part of the honors guaranteed admission articulation agreements (CCBC, Frederick, Montgomery College, Howard, Harrisburg Area Community College, Baltimore City Community College and Harford) with a cumulative GPA of 3.5 or higher and have completed at least 12 honors credits are eligible to receive an award of $2,000.
