Q-Appointments are free, quantitative-based tutoring appointments to all currently enrolled Goucher undergraduates! If you have mathematical or quantitative content in your courses and are seeking support, Q-Appointments are available to you. Q-Tutors are Goucher undergraduates who have been trained through a rigorous pedagogical and certification-based program and course, are in good academic and judicial standing, have earned A’s and B’s in their math-based courses, and hold at least a 3.0 GPA.

Students may make Q-Appointments no more than two weeks in advance and must make appointments at least 24 hours in advance. Being more than 15 minutes late to a Q-Appointment forfeits that session of tutoring, and the student will be marked as missed in our system. Students who miss more than two Q-Appointments in a semester lose eligibility to make Q-Appointments. However, students may still attend drop-in Q-Tutoring.
