Resident Assistants (RAs) are live-in student leaders that focus on community building by hosting fun programs, providing peer counseling, enforcing policy, and serving as a general campus resource. Working in conjunction with the Office of Residential Life, RAs work to foster a living environment that is supportive and productive to all groups and individuals at Goucher. RA's are instrumental in helping to create a residential experience that is consistent with Goucher's mission and liberal arts approach.
