Conveniently located, easily accessible, and offering a range of spaces to suit a variety of needs, Goucher College is a great option for budget-minded planners, and an ideal location for conferences, meetings, lectures, performances, and sports camps with free, convenient, and ample parking.

We have what you need: convenient parking, on-campus lodging, full-service catering, audio/visual technology, and more. Our staff will work with you from your initial inquiry to the final invoice and assist you with every detail in between.

Equipment & Setups

Tables, chairs, and basic audio/visual needs are included in the reservation fee of most facilities. Venue-specific equipment may also be available upon request. In order for our staff to best exceed your expectations, equipment requests should be made at least ten calendar days prior to your conference or event. All equipment is subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Reservation fees for any furniture or equipment rented from an outside vendor may be deferred to the client. Goucher College reserves the right to approve all furniture and equipment brought into the campus and facilities.

Additional charges may be assessed for changes to areas which have a standard setup, for example conference rooms, lounges, classrooms, or public space.

On-Site Lodging

Lodging is available on-site at Goucher College during the summer residential season (early June to the end of July). Rooms can be book in First Year Village for summer events and rates start at just $48/night. Contact us for more information.

Referred to as First-Year Village, Pagliaro Selz Hall opened in Fall 2016 and Fireside Hall and Trustees Hall opened in Fall 2018, creating a “village” for 450 first-year students to live, work, and socialize. The village was designed for interaction, with prominent communal areas for students to come together to cook, share, and learn with a common room, soundproof study rooms, and a full kitchen on each floor.
