Alcohol, Tobacco, & Other Drugs Policy

The college's policy prohibiting alcohol abuse, smoking in college buildings and the illegal manufacture, distribution, dispensation, possession, or use of alcohol and illicit drugs is designed to promote both the health and safety of all members of the community and theirrights to an environment free from the effects of substance abuse. All students and employees are required to comply with this policy, which is adopted in compliance with the Drug-Free Workplace Act of 1988, the Drug-Free Schools and Communities Act Amendments of 1989, and the Drug-Free Schools and Campuses Regulations.
