Letter to Alumnae & Alumni, April 3, 2020
Dear Alumnae/i,
Over the last few weeks, the global pandemic caused by COVID-19 has made our community
face a new way of learning. We are working daily to help our students adapt to the
modifications they have had to make to their lives, academically and personally.
Thank you to those who have already reached out, asking how to help.
To ensure the continued success of our students and employees, we are asking you to
consider supporting the Greater Goucher Fund (GGF), which supports current priorities. As we continue to adapt to unforeseen changes,
we have been able to focus our priorities in supporting our students and faculty as
they transition online. Please support us in doing all we can to help students continue
their education through these circumstances they could not have predicted.
We understand there are many people, including members of our community, who are going
through really tough times right now and are unable to contribute. Our thoughts and
concerns are with our entire community as each one of you adjusts to any needed changes
in your personal and professional lives.
