Goucher College Spirit: Souvenirs from the Archives

Goucher Spirit

Showcased in this exhibit are unique souvenirs and memorabilia that display the school’s blue and gold colors, various logos, maps, and photographs. Items run the gamut from a blue porcelain pitcher with the seal of the Woman’s College of Baltimore, to a freshman beanie worn in 1920, to a serving tray emblazoned with a photograph of Goucher Hall. The collection includes both hand-made and mass-produced artifacts from the 1890s to the 1990s. The exhibit was prepared by Gillian Rathbone-Webber, Class of 2009.
