Book Prize Award Ceremony
Please join the Goucher College Library in celebrating the inaugural Applestein-Sweren
Book Collecting Prize! This new competition for book collectors is funded by a generous
endowment established by Betty Applestein Sweren '52 and Dr. Edgar Sweren in 2012.
The student winners will be honored on Tuesday, November 13th from 6:30-8 pm in the
Batza Room. An exhibit featuring selections from the winning collections will also
be on display. Please R.S.V.P. by November 6 to Randi Kennedy, assistant to the college
librarian, at randalynn.kennedy@goucher.edu.
The winners are:
