A Russian professor at Goucher since 2003, Czeczulin has recently become the director of the Master of Arts in Teaching at Goucher's Welch Center for Graduate and Professional Studies.

Bill Nye, science educator, engineer, and television host, has been named the Goucher College 2019 Commencement speaker. Nye was previously the Commencement speaker in 1999 when he received an honorary doctor of letters degree. The 128th Goucher College Commencement ceremony will take place on May 24, 2019.

The Gender Affirming Closet is a continually growing collection of donations created to give students free access to gender expression and gender affirming items in a safe, welcoming environment.
