Goucher College has been included in U.S. News and World Report's 2018 college guide. Goucher, as in previous years, was included in several lists that reflect the college's core values and show how the institution continues to be a leader in the liberal arts.

We live in increasingly difficult times, and are continually faced with large questions about who we are as people, and as a community. I feel an overwhelming sense of pride in knowing that when our community faces these challenges, we consistently step up and accept our role as being agents of change for a better world. Earlier this year, I shared an important message with members of our community and it's one I want to share with you now.

Mike Vlahovich '15, founding director of Coastal Heritage Alliance, and Heather Gerhart '16, moderator of The Collaborative Digital Storytelling Hub, have developed a student exchange program between the U.S. and Bosnia Herzegovina that will be implemented in 2018.
