Marjorie Pryse

Marjorie Pryse is a part-time member of the English faculty in the Center for Humanities. She completed her Ph.D. in American Literature from the University of California, Santa Cruz in 1973. Prior to teaching at Goucher, she was tenured Professor of English at State University of New York at Albany. After early retirement from Albany, she taught for two years as a half-time Visiting Professor at Cornell University. She teaches special topics courses in American literature and American Studies.
