Request a Transcript
Transcripts for current students will not be available through myGoucher, the National Student Clearinghouse, or the Registrar's office, from the start of the grading period on December 6 through December 19. Once the grading period has ended, transcript requests will be processed as quickly as possible in the order they were received. If you need a transcript without fall 2019 grades during this time, please contact the Office of the Registrar at registrar@goucher.edu, or 410-337-6090.
Goucher College is closed from December 23 through January 1.
Did you attend Goucher College in the year 2000 or later?
Order a transcript through the National Student Clearinghouse at the Transcript Ordering Center.
Follow instructions on the site, which include delivery options and fees. You can
order multiple transcripts in a single session. There is a $5.25 fee per transcript.
Did you attend Goucher College prior to the year 2000?
A Goucher transcript must be requested in writing with a hand written signature and date. Official transcripts can be sent only by mail. Unofficial transcripts can be faxed or emailed.
An unofficial transcript by email can be requested by a student from any year, by using the process below.
The Transcript Request form (PDF) is available for download or you may send a letter with the following information:
- Current name
- Current or Not current student
- Last date of attendance
- Name at time of attendance if changed
- Goucher ID (if known)
- Birthdate
- Degree received
- Your name, address and phone number or other contact information
- The recipient's name and address
- Your hand-written signature (include former name in signature if applicable)
Transcripts are normally processed within 3-5 business days and then mailed out.
Transcripts are free of charge when ordered directly from the college unless:

You have already requested 10 transcripts in the academic year. There is a $5.00 fee for each additional transcript.

You are requesting a RUSH.

A RUSH transcript is available within 24 hours processing time during normal business hours, Monday through Friday, 8:45am - 5:00pm. The RUSH fee is $10 per transcript and applies to all rushed transcripts, official and unofficial, mailed, faxed or emailed. Mailing time is in addition to the 24 hour processing time.

If priority mail delivery is requested, go to usps.com to obtain a priority mail envelope label. Email a pdf of the label to registrar@goucher.edu.
