Undergraduate Net Price Calculator
Using the Net Price Calculator, you can receive an estimate of your costs and eligibility for financial aid from Goucher.
Tuition
Full-time undergraduate tuition covers 12 to 18 credits per semester. Course loads
of fewer than 12 credits are billed at the part-time per credit rate. Course loads
beyond 18 credits are billed at the full-time rate, plus an additional per-credit
charge.
Required Fees
The Student Activity Fee is mandatory for full-time students. It covers the cost of
activities provided by the Student Government Association (SGA) and student clubs
on campus.
Room & Board
This figure is initially based on a double room in the First-Year Village and a 19-meals-per-week
dining plan. Other selections may impact your net price.
Indirect Costs (Financial aid COA/Cost of Attendance)
Discretionary costs that the student will incur but are not billed directly by the
school. (e.g. books and supplies, transportation, or miscellaneous expenses.) These
amounts are averages and individual costs will vary from student to student. These
costs are broken down on any financial aid offers, and are available for review on
the financial aid policy page.
Graduate Student Tuition & Fees
Tuition & Fees are a per-credit rate, and will vary depending on your program. Please
see the Tuition and Fees page for details. In general, students need to be in at least 4.5 credits to be considered
half-time. Most students average about 6 credits per semester (Fall, Spring, Summer).
To be considered full-time requires at least 9 credits. Additional information for
graduate students is available on the financial aid policy page.
