M.A.C.S. grad Jon Engel presenting capstone thesis at the annual meeting of American Folklore Society

M.A. in Cultural Sustainability graduate Jon Engel will be presenting the work of his capstone thesis at the annual meeting of the American Folklore Society on Tuesday, October 21st.

His paper is entitled "The Long Run of Small Steps: Oral History as Social Networking & Community Organizing in DIY Punk." The paper was accepted after a peer review and will be part of a panel on Restorying Oral History Traditions.
