Jesse J. Holland MFA ’12, former trustee and now professor in the graduate Nonfiction program, is a life-long comics fan who got the chance of a lifetime when Marvel Comics called him about writing a novelization of the popular Black Panther character. He spoke to Goucher Magazine last year about how this came together, his career in journalism, and what it's like to live your childhood dream.
As excitement built for the movie release on February 16, Holland spoke to Baltimore's WJZ about Black Panther.
