Goucher faculty are advancing their fields through academic research, creative expression, and collaboration with colleagues and peers. Here’s a look at what they’ve been up to.

Elaine Meyer-Lee, Goucher's provost and senior vice president of academic affairs, has received a Fulbright Specialist Program award to France at the CEPA Foundation.

These twenty-six Goucher students have been chosen to become Arsht Presidential Diplomats for the 2025-26 academic year.

Three Goucher faculty members, Edgar Kunz; Verónica Segarra, Ph.D.; and Daniel Swann, Ph.D.; have received tenure. Kunz and Swann have also been promoted to the rank of associate professor and Segarra has been reappointed as associate professor.

Governor Wes Moore announced that the Maryland Higher Education Commission will provide grants to support federal workers secure jobs in education through targeted training, licensure support, and school district partnerships.
