Nancy Hubbard

Dr. Nancy Hubbard is an internationally known expert on mergers and acquisitions, globalization, and management of change. She is a former Associate Fellow at Templeton College (Oxford) as well as former Lecturer in Oxford’s School of Management. She’s on the faculty of SKOLKOVO, Moscow School of Management and Institut d’Administration des Enterprises (IAE) (Aix-en-Provence, France). Nancy is the author of bestselling business book, Acquisition: Strategy and Implementation (1999,2001) and Conquering Global Markets, sponsored by KPMG, which was published in English and Japanese for which she interviewed fifty global CEOs from about their global businesses. She has contributed to four other books as well as written dozens of articles and papers that have appeared in publications such as the Journal of HRM, Financial Times, Accountancy Age, Acquisition Monthly, Director Magazine and Financial News. Nancy has lectured throughout the world including at Northwestern, Universities of Pennsylvania and Seville, Georgetown University, and Cambridge University. Nancy has spoken at over 100 professional conferences including the Management of Change Conference, Strategic Management Conference, European HR Conference, Georgetown University’s World Forum, Acquisitions Monthly Conferences, The Industrial Society, Annual HR Directors’ Forum and the Young Presidents Organization in both the US and UK . Nancy has consulted internationally with KPMG and Booz, Allen & Hamilton. She has worked with executives from Ford Motor Company, Unilever, Reed Elsevier, Procter and Gamble, Royal Bank of Scotland, Legal and General, KPMG, Coopers & Lybrand, P&O, DeBeers, Lafarge, and GKN.
