The federal Campus Sex Crimes Prevention Act requires institutions of higher education to issue a statement advising the campus community where law enforcement agency information provided by a State concerning registered sex offenders may be obtained. That information can be obtained at www.dpscs.state.md.us/onlineservs/socem/default.shtml.

Additionally, the Baltimore County Police Department sends the Office of Campus Safety updated notices about registered child sex offenders who reside in Baltimore County. This information is available for review at any time in the Office of Campus Safety.
