The fifteenth amendment of the United States Constitution gives citizens the right to vote. Goucher encourages all students to exercise this right by completing the voter registration process for your state.

This information is being posted in compliance with Section 487(a)(23) of the Higher Education Act of 1965, which requires higher education institutions to distribute voter registration information and forms to their students.

For those students who choose to vote in Maryland, you can use Maryland's Online Voter Registration System (OLVR) or submit a voter registration application to your local board of elections or the State Board of Elections at any time.
