Subject

The College may institute a full or partial shutdown of services, and as a result, temporarily furlough employees to preserve the financial well-being of the College.  Furloughs will be conducted in a manner that promotes the mission of the college and is in compliance with any applicable legal requirements and collective bargaining agreements. 

Responsible Office

The official responsible for administering this policy is the Associate Vice President for Human Resources.
