School Improvement Leadership
This cohort includes the 18 credits needed for administrator I certification by credit-count
(transcript analysis) for those with earned master's degrees. These credits can count
toward completing the Professional Development Certificate or for those needing to
earn the master's degree, they can be counted toward the Goucher M.ED. in School Improvement

|ED 671- School Improvement Leadership: A Theoretical Perspective (3.0 credits)|
|ED 673- School Improvement Leadership: Facilitating a Positive School Culture (3.0 credits)|
|ED 674A- Special Project Seminar/Practicum in School Improvement Leadership (1.5 credits)|
|ED 674B- Special Project Seminar/Practicum in School Improvement Leadership (1.5 credits)|
|ED 681- Curriculum Development for a Multicultural Society (3.0 credits)|

All classes will be held at Goucher College.
How much will the courses cost?
The cost for participation is $300 per credit, and students may be eligible for tuition reimbursement through Maryland school systems or non-public schools with tuition reimbursement programs. Talk to your human resources representative for more specific information about your eligibility for tuition reimbursement. There will also be a non-refundable $60 registration fee per credit.
