Barre Above
A hybrid of ballet, pilates, and yoga, Barre Above will leave your legs shaking and heart pounding!

Bollywood Fit 
Come shake and sweat Bollywood style! No experience necessary.

GopherSHRED
Combining resistance, cardio, and core training for 4 exhausting and exciting 5-minute kick-butt combos.

HIIT
High intensity interval training, combines cardio and strength training for a quick and effective full-body workout.

Yoga
Move your body, connect with your breath, and quiet your mind. Mats provided.

Zumba
High-energy dance aerobic class. Sweat and shake to latin-infused rhythms!
