Mindful Mondays

Mindfulness meditation sessions will be held in the Student Counseling Center on Mondays 11:00 AM – 12:00 PM, starting April 1, 2019. The first half-hour will include instruction in mindfulness practice. The second half-hour will be set aside for sitting meditation. Students are welcome to join the first half, second half, or both. Students may choose to attend any number of sessions. No RSVP is required to attend.
