Bollywood Fit
Come shake and sweat Bollywood style! No experience necessary.
GopherSHRED
Combining resistance, cardio, and core training for 4 exhausting and exciting 5-minute
kick-butt combos.
HIIT
High intensity interval training, combines cardio and strength training for a quick
and effective full-body workout.
Yoga
Move your body, connect with your breath, and quiet your mind. Mats provided.
Zumba
High-energy dance aerobic class. Sweat and shake to latin-infused rhythms!
