Nine Month Housing

Nine-month housing is an option that provides for residence during college-approved vacations and holidays when the residence halls are otherwise closed to the general resident population. A nine-month resident may remain in the residence halls continuously between the official Fall Semester opening and Spring Semester closing dates. The option is offered to assist students who live over three hundred miles from campus or whose circumstances present an exceptional difficulty in making other vacation housing arrangements. There is a $150 additional housing charge for this option.  Prior to each break, nine-month residents must register with Community Living for the dates they intend to remain on campus during the break.
