By Car: Plan at least a half hour travel time; more if you’re traveling during rush hour.

  • Turn RIGHT out of Goucher’s front gate onto Dulaney Valley Road.
  • Take 695 WEST (toward Pikesville).
  • Merge onto 95 SOUTH via exit 11A/11B towards Washington.
  • Take the I-195 East/ MD 166 exit - Exit 47 B-A towards BWI/Catonsville
  • Follow signs to BWI Airport.

By Train:

  • Take Bus Line 11 to Penn Station
  • Take the MARC Penn Line to BWI Airport train station.

By Shuttle:

  • Sheraton Baltimore North Hotel--BWI Airport operates a Super Shuttle which stops at the Sheraton Baltimore North Hotel located at 903 Dulaney Valley Road.  Cost is $17 one-way.  Call the Sheraton Baltimore North Hotel to make reservations, 410-321-7400.
  • Johns Hopkins University--JHU sponsors a shuttle to BWI Airport during university breaks.  Cost is $10 one-way only.  Purchase ticket and meet the shuttle at JHU.  Contact the JHU Residential Life Office regarding the shuttle, 410-516-8283.  The Information Desk, Pearlstone Student Center, Goucher College has more information prior to breaks. 

MTA: 

  • Plan at least an hour and a half travel time, more if you are traveling during rush hour.
  • Take Bus #8 (picks up in front of Hecht's at Towson Town Center) to the Lutherville Light Rail Station.
  • Take the Light Rail SOUTHBOUND to BWI.

Baltimore Airport Shuttle:

  • This door-to-door company charges $24 for a one-way trip.  Additional passengers in the party pay $5.  Call for reservations, 410-821-5387.
