Residence Life staff members work together with community members to review policies and practices. It takes a delicate balance to meet the needs of the individual and community simultaneously in every case and as such, students are encouraged to bring ideas or concerns to the attention of Community Living staff. Living on campus is a great opportunity to begin to practice skills of independence and to learn about the process of self-governance.
