Housing Fees

The pricing structure for on-campus housing in the 2011-2012 school year is:

• Triple room = $5,404.00/yr, $2,702.00/sem
• Single room = $6,800.00/yr, $3,400.00/sem
  • This rate applies to all rooms in Welsh apartments
• Double room with close bathroom access = $6,556.00/yr, $3,278.00/sem
  • This rate applies to all on campus apartments with the exception of Welsh apartments
• Basic room rate = $6,404.00/yr, $3,202.00/sem
• Students should be mindful of this change when choosing a room.
