On-Campus Apartments

There are 26 apartments available for student residence. Each accommodates a different number of students and the occupancy requirements of each apartment are listed within the Apartment Selection Application.

 It is important to note:

• Apartments in Welsh Hall have been designated as gender neutral housing.
• Small kitchens are located in each apartment, but vary in size and amenitites.
• Because the kitchens are not of adequate size for regular, multiple meal preparation, students in apartments must enroll in a meal plan.
• Residents are responsible for cleaning all areas of the apartment.

Applications will be available beginning February 19th, 2009 and are due to Community Living on March 13th, 2009 at 4pm. In order to obtain an application, all interested applicants must attend a special interest housing info session. If you cannot attend one of the following sessions, please contact Candace Doane in the Office of Community Living at candace.doane@goucher.edu. Sessions will be held on Wednesday February 25th at 3:30pm and Thursday February 26th at 7:30pm in the Welsh (T) Hall Piano Room.
