Information Desk Staff

Information Desk staff responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Offer students, faculty, staff, and guests a range of services
  • Promote activities and opportunities at Goucher College, in the Towson/Baltimore area, and beyond
  • Provide transportation and area attraction information
  • Conduct ticket sales and bus trip sign-ups as necessary
  • Act as the College's switchboard and connect callers to phone numbers as requested
  • Maintain the Information Desk on a regular basis and conduct inventory on necessary publications and materials
  • Provide excellent customer service and a positive attitude to all members of the Goucher community
