Naturally Occurring Visceral Art (NOVA)
Contact: Kursten AndersonNOVA will provide interested members of the Goucher population with the opportunity and tools to explore improvisational dance, in a number of different ways. NOVA shall include an introduction to dancing and performing scored and free improvisations, contact improvisations, and how to write improvisational scores. Although NOVA's primary mission is to provide dancers with the skills and opportunity to become proficient improvisers, we also hope to provide artists from any discipline with a chance to collaborate with us in various fashions.
