Goucher Biology Club

The Bio Club at Goucher College was founded to promote informal student/faculty interactions and further learning outside of the classroom.  The club occasionally organizes departmental seminars and sponsors various outdoor activities (canoe trips, hikes, faculty-student volleyball games), pizza and movie nights, Halloween parties (biological themes - scary stuff!) and other social events, such as the annual spring BioBlast departmental picnic.  Club members also coordinate various types of student mentoring and recruitment of potential science students during campus visits.

Membership in the Bio Club is open to any Goucher student with an interest in Biology.
