The Julia Rogers Library (JRL) will send distance learning students in the United States books from the collection or fill interlibrary loan requests. Regional students are expected to borrow from JRL in person. Regional students are those living in the following areas: Baltimore City, Baltimore County, Harford County, Carroll County, Howard County, Anne Arundel County north of Rt. 50, Montgomery County east of I-270, Frederick County east of Rt. 15 in Maryland and York and Lancaster Counties in Pennsylvania.

Email Interim Distance Learning Librarian, Jim Huff the information on the material you would like to borrow, your campus id number and the address to which the material should be sent.
If the material is available it will be checked out and mailed to you. If the material is not currently available you will be notified.
The due date will be listed inside the back cover. You may renew books online through the online catalog.
When returning material please address to the attention of Interim Distance Learning Librarian, Jim Huff. You are responsible for the return postage.
*Make sure the library has your current email address in the system.*
Submit an interlibrary loan request through WorldCat or the request form on the library's web site.
When you receive email notification that your material is available for pick up at the library’s circulation desk, forward the email to Jim Huff , Interim Distance Learning Librarian, with the address to which you’d like the material sent. If you do not receive an email notification 2 weeks after your request email Jim and ask him to check on the request.
The material will be mailed to you. The due date will be listed on a colored sheet of paper attached to the front cover. If you need a renewal, contact Diane BEFORE the due date to request one. Renewals cannot be requested after the due date.
