CampusWEB Class Rosters with Student Pictures

CampusWEB has been enhanced to provide an option to view class rosters with student pictures.

To view class rosters:

• Select My Rosters
• This page will display several terms of courses taught by the faculty member
• Click on a section link to view a list of students in a given class
•  When the roster appears, there will be a sentence at the top of the page that reads "Click here to show roster with student pictures"
• When you click on the link, the roster will be displayed with student pictures

NOTE:

• If an "x" appears in the picture box, then a picture does not exist for the student or the picture is not available
•  To display a roster more quickly, go to the My Schedule Page and click on the NUM IN CLASS link for a class

Remember:

• CampusWEB can be accessed from any computer with a connection to the Internet by going to https://CampusWEB.goucher.edu
• Faculty can use CampusWEB to e-mail an entire class or an individual student
  Faculty can e-mail a student's advisor
• An advisor can e-mail all advisees or an individual student
• You can use CampusWEB to view course schedules
• Advisors can view student transcripts in CampusWEB
