President Ungar Interviewed on NPR About VOA Reorganization, April 17, 2005

The Voice of America is moving most of its overnight news operation to Hong Kong. VOA says it will save about $300,000 a year and have better access to news sources in Asia. Jennifer Ludden hears from VOA director David Jackson and former director Sanford Ungar, now president of Goucher College, about the move.
