Help Desk @ Night

The regular business hours of the Goucher College Information Technology Help Desk are Monday through Friday from 8am to 5pm and Monday through Thursday from 5pm to 9pm.

When the Help Desk in Van Meter 162 closes at 5pm, the campus community can call the Help Desk line (410.337.6322) to connect with the Help Desk @ Night. When you call this number, staff located in the Center for Teaching, Learning, and Technology in the Library will respond to your requests.

The Help Desk @ Night is staffed during the school year by The Help Desk Analyst and Student Classroom Specialists who will try to assist you with your problem or request. If you have a classroom technology problem during an evening class session. Student Classroom Specialists will be dispatched to your classroom to assist you.
