Help Desk @ Night

The regular business hours of the Goucher College Information Technology Help Desk are:

  • Monday through Friday from 8am to 5pm
  • Monday through Thursday from 5pm to 9pm (during fall and spring semesters only)

Help Desk @ Night begins at 5pm and is staffed by the Help Desk Analyst and Student Classroom Specialists.  Due to limited staffing at night, services include classroom and phone support only.  If you have a classroom technology problem during an evening class session, Student Classroom Specialists will be dispatched to your classroom to assist you.
