When is the Kosher Dining Hall open?
The Kosher Dining Hall, located in The Weinberg Jewish Student Center, serves meals Monday through Sunday as follows: Lunch/Brunch - 11:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m.; Dinner - 5:00 p.m. - 7:00 p.m.
How much will I, or my guest(s), pay for a meal at Stimson or the Kosher Dining Hall if I do not use my block meal plan?
Breakfast - $6.75; Lunch - $8.25; Brunch - $8.25; Dinner - $9.75
Note: The cost of Kosher meals during Passover will vary.
When can I use my cash value/meal exchange at Pearlstone Café?
You may purchase "made-to-order" menu items, beverages and snacks using a cash value/meal exchange as follows:
Breakfast - 8:00 a.m. - 10:00 a.m.; Lunch - 12:30 p.m. - 3:00 p.m.; Dinner - 6:00 p.m.- 9:30 p.m.
Note: Purchases made before or after these hours will be tendered at retail.
How much can I spend for a cash value exchange at Pearlstone Café?
The cash value exchange for breakfast, lunch and dinner is a flat $5.75 cost per meal.
What if I go over the cash value exchange limit at Pearlstone Café?
You may use your Dining Dollars or pay cash.

Can I change my Meal Plan during the semester?
Choosing a Block Meal Plan is a personal decision that should be based on your lifestyle and eating habits as well as your academic and work schedules. You have the first two weeks of the semester to change your Block Meal selection if you find that it does not fit into your schedule or meet your individual needs.
How do I purchase a Meal Plan?
Your Meal Plan Selection Form, along with instructions, is included in the Semester Billing packet mailed to you from the Student Administrative Services (SAS), prior to the beginning of the semester. If you need more information, or have a question, you can reach SAS as follows:

What if I run out of meals on my meal plan?
At any time during the semester, you can purchase additional meal blocks at the Student Administrative Services office (Dorsey Center). The additional value will be added to your One Card within twenty-four hours.

Bon Appétit is committed to maintaining fresh food standards at our sites. We are concerned about how we interact and contribute to your knowledge, beliefs and ultimately, choices about food. In addition to educational material, Bon Appétit’s registered dietician is a resource for you.
