Lost or Stolen Cards

1. The Bank of America Visa is College property and should be secured just as you would secure your personal credit cards. If your card is lost or has been stolen, notify the Director of Business and Auxiliary Services, and contact the Visa Customer Service 800 number immediately (800-822-5985)! Written confirmation of cancellation must then be accomplished by mail or fax.
   
   
2. Upon receipt of your call, further use of the card will be blocked. Prompt action in these circumstances can reduce the College's liability for fraudulent charges.
