Dr. Lo received his doctorate degree from Johns Hopkins University in 1999 working on theoretical atomic and molecular physics.   His research focused on using group theoretical methods in understanding atomic and molecular energy level structures.  His list of publications and work can be found at  http://pha.jhu.edu/~elo/.

Recently, Dr. Lo has been holding adjunct positions at the Stevenson University and University of Baltimore while he home-schools his daughter.  He also works part time for a startup firm on financial software development.
