Adding to Your Gopher Bucks

Please note that we will release account information only to the individual whose name is on the account. If you wish to release information third parties, including your parents, we will require your written authorization. You may print out the Account Information Release Form on this website and send it to the OneCard Administrator as noted on the form.

Also note that you cannot withdraw cash from your Gopher Bucks account. Any Gopher Bucks you don't spend by the end of a semester will be carried over to the next one, and we will refund any leftover Gopher Bucks in excess of $10 when you graduate or withdraw from Goucher.

Cash

Cash deposits can be made 24 hours a day to this account at the cash value transfer station in the Mary Fisher Pearlstone lobby next to the ATM.

Checks

Checks can be brought in to the Controller's Office during business hours or mailed to the following address:

OneCard Administrator
Controller's Office
Goucher College
1021 Dulaney Valley Road
Baltimore, MD 21204-2794

Please do not include these checks with tuition payments. Include a notation of OneCard on the check along with the cardholder's name.

Credit card

You may use your VISA or MasterCard to deposit funds during normal business hours at the Controller's Office. Call the OneCard Administrator at (410) 337-6299 or 1-800-GOUCHER, ext. 6299, or the central Controller's Office extension of 6060. You may also click here to enter your credit card information and deposit amount on our secure online deposit form, and we will process the transaction by the end of the following business day.

Please allow up to one full business day for the processing of checks and credit cards into the Gopher Bucks account.

Tuition Account Transfer

If your tuition account has a credit balance, you may transfer money from your tuition account to your Gopher Bucks account. You may do this by one of three ways:

  • Go in person to the office of Student Administrative Services (SAS) to give them notice in writing. SAS is located on the second floor of the Dorsey College Center and is open from 8:45 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday except for college holidays. (You can also drop off this request in the DROP-OFF BOX - just include the same information as if you were faxing this request).
  • Send an e-mail to billing@goucher.edu. Include student's name, ID# and amount to transfer and the individual requesting the transfer.
  • Send a fax to the billing department at (410) 337-6504. Include in the notification the student's name, ID# and amount to transfer and the name and signature of the individual requesting the transfer.
