Receipts and Monthly Statements

The OneCard system records every transaction. At most locations, you’ll receive a receipt detailing your purchases and noting the amount charged to your account and the remaining balance. At photocopiers and vending machines, which have no receipt printers, your balance will be displayed on the screen in the card reader after you have completed your transaction. Please pay careful attention to this information to insure that your purchases are recorded properly.

  • You can go to http://onecard.goucher.edu to make a secure deposit to your OneCard using your VISA, MasterCard, or American Express Card.  This is the only technique for making a deposit to your account using a credit card.
  • You will log into the site using your Goucher username and password.  This is the same username and password that you use to log into e-mail or to the campus network.  You do NOT need to specify GCADMIN before your username.
  • You can use http://onecard.goucher.edu to check on your Dining Dollars or to check on your Gopher Bucks deposits, purchases, and balance.
  • You can use http://onecard.goucher.edu to give friends and family access to your account so that they can make deposits to your account. They will get their own password and access, so they can view your activity, make deposits, or use the automated attendant credit card process, without your assistance.

Please note that we will release account information only to the individual whose name is on the account. If you wish to release information to third parties, including your parents, we will require your written authorization. You may print out the Account Information Release Form on this website and send it to the OneCard Administrator as noted on the form . This consent form must be renewed each academic year.
