Students need to grant permission for other parties to have access to Goucher WebPay. Those individuals will have their own login and password to the system. Access to Goucher WebPay gives the individual access to only the total amount of Pending Financial Aid (if any), Adjusted Balance Due, and Payment Information. It does not provide access to any academic information.
Step 1: Log into myGoucher - https://my.goucher.edu. Use the link on the far right side of the page to go to the SelfService portion of myGoucher.

Step 2: Click on the Finances tab within SelfService and then click on the link for "Make a Payment"

Step 3: The "Make a Payment" will take you to the Goucher WebPay website where you can view your balance and make a payment.

Step 4: Using the menu at the top of the screen click on the "your account" link.

Step 5: The account page will allow you to review your current balance, your past payments and set a "Parent Pin". You will use the "Parent Pin" link to grant permissions to any individual who you want to make a payment on your account.

Step 6: From the "Parent Pin" section in the lower left-hand corner, click on the "Add New" link.

Step 7: Create a login name and enter the email address for the person who will be accessing your account. The system will send the login information to the email you provide. You are done at this point.

Step 8: You will now see the login you created in the "Parent Pins" portion of the "my account" page.
