--------------------
Step 1: Click on the big blue "Register Now" button at http://www.tinyurl.com/BaltimoreHillelsVisitIsrael.
Step 2: Complete the preliminary registration form. Doing so will generate an e-mail that will enable you to confirm your e-mail address toward the end of the registration process.
Step 3: Complete the 8-part registration form in its entirety. Your application will ONLY be considered after you submit the required $250 refundable deposit in Section 8 of the registration form.
(Sections 1-5 require basic information from you. You may submit your passport information at a later time. Be sure to select "Baltimore Hillels" in the trip selection drop-down menu in Section 5. Section 6 asks you to sign off on a participant waiver form, and Section 7 allows you to confirm your e-mail address. In Section 8, submit your $250 refundable deposit. Your application will ONLY be considered after you have paid the deposit, and you may only submit the deposit after completing the preceding sections. The sooner your deposit is received, the better your chances of landing a spot on the Taglit-Birthright Israel: Baltimore Hillels trip this January.)
Please complete your registration form as quickly as possible. Should you be interrupted, you may save what you have entered and log in again with the same e-mail address and password you originally used.
STEP 4: Watch Out For E-mails
Once you have paid your deposit, you will receive an email confirming that the deposit has been received. You will also receive e-mails from Taglit-Birthright Israel with important pre-trip information as well as special announcements regarding the trips, so be sure to add all e-mail addresses ending in @birthrightisrael.com to your list of safe senders.
STEP 5: Contact Your Trip Organizer
You will receive an e-mail upon completion of the entire form. Be sure to keep that e-mail handy, as it will contain important information about how to contact your Trip Organizer regarding the details of your registration, setting up an interview, submitting additional forms and actual trip information if you are accepted.
