The following local employers frequently hire for the positions listed below.  While they will not always have an available position that will meet your needs, these are larger employers and may be good options to consider at any point in the year.

 Edenwald
Retirement Community conveniently located near the Goucher College campus at 800 Southerly Road.  Currently hiring part-time wait-staff.

Noodles & Company
Hiring cooks and servers, part-time and full-time.  Located at 825 Goucher Blvd (near A.C. P.F. Chang's China Bistro
Hiring servers, part-time.  Located on Dulaney Valley Road in the Towson Town Center.  Learn more on the company website and submit an application during off peak hours (before noon or 3 - 5 p.m.).  Need to be available for 3 or more shifts to include lunch shifts during the week and Sunday.  

Panera Bread
Hiring team members, part-time.  Locations close to Goucher College include 1238 Putty Hill Avenue, 6307 York Road, and 2131 York Road.  Submit application on the company website.

Safeway
Hiring team members, part-time and full-time. Recently opened a location on the opposite side of CVS Pharmacy from Goucher at 1071 York Road. Apply online.

Starbucks Coffee Company
Hiring baristas, part-time.  Multiple local locations include two on Dulaney Valley Road (in the Dulaney Plaza and in the Towson Town Center) and two on York Road (near the Towson Library at 8000 York Road and near Towson University at 31 York Road).  To apply, download an application on Starbucks' website and review their “Frequently Asked Questions” guide.  Contact local stores directly and submit application to the store with current openings.

Stoney River Legendary Steaks
Hiring for all positions – server, hosts, bussers, bartenders and cooks - part-time and full-time.  Located on Dulaney Valley Road in the Towson Town Center.  To apply, meet with Dawn Glaser, Monday through Saturday, 10 a.m. - 6 p.m. in front of the restaurant (currently under construction).  Enter through the doors next to The Cheesecake Factory on Dulaney Valley Road.   You will need to fill out an application and complete an interview on site. 

 T.G.I. Friday's
Hiring for all positions – server, hosts, bussers, bartenders and cooks - part-time and full-time.  Located in the parking lot of the Towson Town Center.  Visit the company website to search for opportunities and complete an application.  

Target
Hiring team members, part-time and full-time.  Closest location to Goucher College is 1238 Putty Hill Avenue.   Complete an application online.

The Cheesecake Factory
Hiring servers, hosts, and bussers, part-time.  Located on Dulaney Valley Road in the Towson Town Center.  Learn more on the company website and submit application during off peak hours (8 - 10 a.m. or 3 - 4 p.m.). 

Towson Town Center
Located on Dulaney Valley Road near Goucher College, the Towson Town Center provides a variety of employment options with retailers and restaurants.  A list of job openings is available on their website. (Note that it is more effective to visit the Customer Service Desk in the mall--located on the third level in the food court--for an up-to-date list of positions available, as many stores do not list themselves on the Towson Town Center website.)
