The following individuals have notified the Career Development Office that they are seeking child care services. Jobs are posted in the order they are sent to the CDO, with the most recent job announcements listed at the top of the page. Jobs will be listed here for two months, unless the employer notifies us sooner that the job has been filled.

We are seeking a full time nanny for the month of August and an afternoon nanny during the school year to care for our three children (4 year old twins and a 6 year old). August will be filled with trips to the pool, playing in our neighborhood and just hanging out. We value some unstructured play time for our children. Once the school year begins, we need somone from 3-6pm each day to transition from school to home. This will include some homework help, but mainly just playing, getting organized for the next day and enjoying some time to decompress. We also will need some help with daily home upkeep including emptying the dishwasher, the kids laundry (we do have a weekly cleaning peron, so this is not heavy duty cleaning). We live on the grounds of McDonough School in Owings Mills, and we are hoping to build a long term relationship with someone. Contact Kirsten Adams, email kirstenandjeff@hotmail.com .

Position is Monday-Friday and the hours are usually between 3:30-6pm. We live in the Ruxton area and the boys attend schools in Roland Park and Rodgers Forge. Duties include: Pick up 10 year old at school in Owings Mills and return to house to then play with all three children and provide with afterschool snack and assist with homework as necessary. Monday-Thursday 3:30-5:30pm flexibility to stay later appreciated. $11-$13 per hour; will always pay a minimum of two hours, three references required.

Family is in search of a nanny for our 6 week old baby girl.
The position would be 5 days a week, Monday-Friday, Hours of position are: Monday-7:15am-4:00pm, Tuesday 7:15am-5:00pm, Wednesday-7:15am-4:00pm, Thursday 7:15am-4:30pm and Friday 7:15am-3:30pm. Afternoon end times are very flexible due to a family member who is able to take over in the afternoons if needed.
The job will be at our home in Cockeysville, close to York Road right off I83. We are looking for someone who is reliable, caring and has previous infant experience. We are also looking for a nanny who can provide current references and has their own transportation. Pay is hourly and can be discussed at time of hire. This position will last from March 27th through the first week of June and if interested can pick back up in August. Additionally, we may need some summer hours and babysitting.
